The Mobile Prayer Center is an apostolic ministry given in a vision to K.D. Wallace in January 1999. In the vision I was standing next to a van that had "Prayer" in big letters on the side of the van with a telephone number visible below it. God gave me the go-ahead for this ministry April 30, 2002. God named the ministry "Mobile Prayer Center." He told me to put a magnetic sign on each side of my personal auto advertising the Mobile Prayer Center. I felt a need to step out in faith, knowing his provision would come shortly. I purchased a Cricket cell phone (unlimited time for local telephone calls) and two magnetic signs with the appropriate wording. Saturday, May 11 the ministry became operational.
The ministry is to reach those who have a need for prayer for 24 hrs/day and seven days/week. When I'm not available, the voice mail will give a church telephone number to call. Park West Baptist Church has prayer coverage 24/7 and has agreed to back me up when I cannot take the calls. For example, sleeping, in church, or in a meeting. Other prophecy's about the ministry have indicated that we will eventually have 5 full time persons driving vans/autos for this ministry.
